Shipping & returns

Return Policy

We do not issue cash refunds, however, we will be happy to exchange an item, providing the customer contacts us to initiate the exchange within 30 days of purchase.  The product must be in its original packaging.  The return postage would be covered by the customer and exchange would be for an amount minus the original shipping expense.

Returns for in-store purchases must be accompanied by the sales receipt and a store credit will be issued.
